This policy explains what data we process when you use The Print Guy (theprintguy.app) and how you can control it.
1. Controller
Data controller: Emilio Arauz, operator of The Print Guy. Contact: hola@theprintguy.app.
2. Data we collect
Email address: to create your account and send you sign-in links.
Service usage: which solutions you opened and when, to apply your plan and the Free plan's daily limit.
Subscription: plan, status and Stripe customer identifiers. We never see or store your card details.
Technical and analytics data: pages visited, device type and approximate country.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service, manage your account and payments, send sign-in emails and important notices, improve the site and, only if you accept cookies, measure our advertising campaigns. We do not sell your data.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel only load if you accept in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Your session and checklist progress are stored in your browser's local storage.
5. Providers
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and, only with your consent, Google and Meta (analytics and advertising). Some process data outside your country, including the USA, under the safeguards they provide (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
6. Legal basis (GDPR / LGPD)
Performance of a contract (your account and subscription), legitimate interest (security and basic site improvement), consent (analytics and advertising cookies) and legal obligation (payment records).
7. Retention
We keep your data while you have an account. If you close it, we delete it within 30 days, except payment records the law requires us to keep.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email hola@theprintguy.app from your account email and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your country's data protection authority.
9. Children
The Print Guy is meant for professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16.
10. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will post it here and notify you by email.
